International Shipping Policy: We ship via. UPS Express service. This service is VERY fast, but at a small expense. UPS pays all customs and brokerage fee's prior to delivery, that way it can be delivered in days, not weeks. When UPS arrives to your door, they will tell you how much customs charges (taxes + VAT) you owe. This amount will vary drastically; even shipment to shipment, but you can check with your local tax officials prior to placing your order. Should you REFUSE shipment, UPS will not refund the customs and brokerage fee's to us. They will charge for shipping back to USA. You are responsible for paying the customs fee's and any additional shipping charges incurred by the denial of a package. Return Policy: We give you a one month Return policy. If you are not satisfied with our product you can ship it back to us for a refund. Terms: The product must be in its original condition, with its original packaging, Manual, accessories and the same way received. There will be no refund on shipping charges. There will be a 15% restock charge on all returns. Refund will not be made until product is received in our warehouse and inspected.
