NEWS!! Many people have been asking questions about the exact differences between the old CPM-25 and the new Carplayer Jukebox. These two units look the same, but are VERY different. To start, the new units have an on/off switch (main unit + remote LCD). This means the unit can have 12v constantly, and you simply turn it on and off as you wish. The wired remote LCD is 50% more bright than the old one, and the buttons are back lit to make night time use much easier! The unit has slightly better sound quality than the CPM-25 in some situations. The IR remote is about half the size as the old unit. The directional button on the main unit has been replaced with separate back-lit buttons. The PC docking bay of the Carplayer Jukebox has a removable face that can be put in place when the player is not docked. The car bay has 12v switched (turns on and off with player) output line to be hooked to the optional FM modulator. This line can also be used to turn an amp on. There are now L shaped mounting brackets included for the car bay for easy trunk mount.
